Making Nutella pizza involves two steps. Making a pizza dough and stuffing and baking.
Whole wheat Nutella pizza recipe in air fryer / Lebanese pastry in air fryer in 5 minutes. – – For pizza dough: Whole wheat flour, Instant yeast, Sugar, Salt, Baking powder, cooking oil, Milk, water, For stuffing and baking: nutella ((at room temperature)), Milk ((for milk wash)), Sesame Seeds / Til ((for sprinkling)), Butter ((for greasing)), , Making pizza dough: Firstly take 75 ml lukewarm milk+ 50ml lukewarm water in a bowl. To this add sugar, yeast and mix well. Leave it covered for 5 minutes, so that the yeast gets activated.; Now mix all the dry ingredients, wheat flour, baking powder and salt in a large vessel. To this add the activated yeast and oil and mix well.; Now knead the dough by adding milk and water as required to make a non-sticky soft dough. (Like chapati dough); Rub oil on the dough and cover it. Keep the dough for fermentation in a warm place of your kitchen for 1 hour.; After 1 hour punch the fermented dough a little with your fingers and make around 12 equal sized balls out of it. (Do not remove all the air by punching it hard. Little tapping is enough) ; Stuffing and baking pizza: Take a ball of the dough and by using a rolling pin, roll it into round quarter-inch thick chapati.; Spread Nutella evenly all over the rolled dough.; Now close it from one side making a semi-circle shaped stuffed pizza.; Seal the sides with a fork.; Give it a milk wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it. Keep this aside covered for 5 minutes before baking. (For milk wash take 4 tablespoons of milk+1pinch salt+1 pinch sugar and mix well. Apply this mixture onto the pastry.); Now, bake it at 170 degrees for 5 minutes in an air fryer. ; Grease it with butter and keep covered in a hot-pot or vessel with a lid before serving. (keeping covered after baking makes them soft). ; That's it. Nutella pizza is ready to be served.; ; – <ol> <li>Adding mozzarella cheese along with Nutella is optional for this recipe.</li> <li>Since we are using the air fryer for baking, your pizza may look crunchy after baking, just keep it covered in a vessel or cooking pot with a lid.
