- 1 medium sized onion (sliced)
- 1 small Potato (diced)
- 1 medium sized tomato (diced)
- 1 small Green capsicum (diced)
- 1/2 cup Green peas (Boiled)
- 3/4 cup Cauliflower (shredded)
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder or paprika
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 glass water
- 1.5 tablespoon Butter (Unsalted)

For the bhaji

- Many variants of pavbhaji can be made, like Paneer pav bhaji by adding paneer or Beetroot pav bhaji by adding beetroot. It's up to you what you would like to add to your gravy as per your taste and convenience.
- If making in large quantities, it's recommended to preboil the peas and potatoes. This saves loads of time.
- Whole wheat pav or bread can also be used in place of white flour bread to make the recipe much healthier.
- Use less oil and less butter. If you are looking for a low-calorie option of the recipe.
