This is easy to make chutney which is teamed up with khichdi or any kind of fritters, or idli and dosa.
Ground nut chutney
First dry roast the ground nut on a low flame and keep aside.
In a blender jar add the ground nut, garlic cloves, salt, tamarind, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, water and blend it into a fine paste. Ground nut chutney is ready. Serve with khichdi, any fritters or with idli and dosa.
If you wish to team up with khichdi add one sliced onion to it.
