Ground Nut Chutney / Mong Phali ki Chutney
This is easy to make chutney which is teamed up with khichdi or any kind of fritters, or idli and dosa.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon Ground nut (dry roasted)
- 1 tablespoon Tamarind (washed)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (or as required)
- 3 medium Garlic cloves
- 2 medium Greenchillies (whole-optional)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint Leaves (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves / Cilantro (optional)
- 4 tablespoon water (or as required)

Instructions
- First dry roast the ground nut on a low flame and keep aside.
- In a blender jar add the ground nut, garlic cloves, salt, tamarind, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, water and blend it into a fine paste. Ground nut chutney is ready. Serve with khichdi, any fritters or with idli and dosa.
Recipe Notes
If you wish to team up with khichdi add one sliced onion to it.
