Adding Green Chilli Paste to the recipes enhances the flavor of the recipes. My green chilli paste has added coriander and garlic to it for an enhanced flavor. You can make in extra amounts and store it in air tight containers and keep in a freezer or chill tray in for future use.
Green Chilli Paste for Cooking
In a blender add green chillies, garlic cloves, fresh coriander leaves, salt and grind them into fine paste. If the paste sticks on the sides and is difficult to grind add water little by little and form a smooth paste.
Store it in an airtight container and keep it in freezer or chill tray and use as and when required. This can be used upto 18-20 days.
