- 4 medium Carrots Grated
- 1 glass Milk
- 1/4 cup Khoya / Mawa
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder / Elaichi powder
- 3.5 tablespoon Ghee / Clarified butter
- 4 tablespoon Sugar
- 5 medium-sized Almonds / badaam (sliced)
- 5 medium-sized Cashews / Kaju (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Raisins / kishmish
- 1 tablespoon Pistachios (sliced)

- I have used normal carrots which are always available, you can use special reddish sweet carrots which are available in the winter season.
- Sweetened condensed milk can be used in place of khoya.
