Bunny Sandwich
Instructions
Firstly, cut the bread into circles as shown using a lid or steel glass or scissors.
Now slice and cut all the vegetables as shown in the image.
Then drain excess water from the curd by using a sieve. Keep aside.
Meanwhile Grate and squeeze the cucumber with your hands to remove excess water. Keep aside.
Mix curd with cucumber and make a spread for your sandwich. Keep aside.
Finally, assemble the sandwich by placing the brown bread first. Then apply the cucumber spread in the middle. Keep the white bread slice on top of the spread.
Decorate your sandwich using the remaining veggies as shown in the image.
Use carrots and beetroot for eyes. Cucumber peel strips for bunny whiskers, onion for nose, bottom of a tomato for mouth and finally cucumber slices for ears. That's it!! Your cute bunny is ready to be served.
Serve cold or at room temperature. Enjoy!!
