Almond Porridge is a nutritious baby food with goodness of almond, milk and suji. Kids love it and this can be fed to babies from 8 months of age.

Almond Porridge (Homemade baby food) / Badam ka Hareera / Weight Gaining Baby Food
Instructions
Heat a sauce pan on low flame and add ghee, when ghee melts add suji and saute for about a minute. To this add water and stir well.
Now add milk and allow this mixture to boil for about 3 minutes while continuosly stirring it, so that suji doesn't stick to the bottom of sauce pan. Add jaggery to it and mix well and serve it when its luke warm.
Recipe Notes
- Be careful while adding jaggery, do not add too much as jaggery in very little amounts is sufficient for the babies.
- If you are adding apple sauce then you can add about 1 tablespoon to sweeten the porridge.
- If you are adding Honey then add about 1.5 teaspoons to sweeten the porridge.
